If you would like to speak at this public hearing — either in person or virtually over Zoom — email signup@dnv.org before 3pm on the day of the hearing. Once the speakers who signed up in advance have had the opportunity to speak, the Mayor will provide attendees observing virtually who did not sign up in advance to speak — but have decided to do so once the hearing is underway — with an opportunity to speak.

Lonsdale real estate specialist and Community realtor um just wanted to give you a little further update. I shared a little bit about the post um for the public hearing and it'll be coming up this Tuesday here we are outside the District of North Vancouver the address is 355 West Queens Road in North Vancouver.

And so this is all about stage two of the process on Carriage homes and secondary Suites for both. This could have huge implications on the value of your home on the usage of your home on parking elements there's a lot of pros and cons I guess to both sides of the equation.

It's been a real Hot Topic lately I've had a lot of people asking me what's going on and so it's really nice to see that this starting to you know, maybe move forward, who knows what, if they're going to do what they do in Vancouver.

It's unlikely where you can actually sell your coach house as an independent property that would be that would have huge gains on the value of the land for sure, but it would also make it much more affordable housing options for people trying to stay in the area.
