How did 2017 stack up in the Upper Lonsdale and North Vancouver markets?
Over all sales activity were down significantly over 2016 record breaking year, but were still reasonable. Prices in the single family sector declined off the all time high of the previous year but still remained very high historically.
Condo sales prices increases significantly, while the North Vancouver condo market is still a red hot seller's market. Speculation is this will continue.
