Upper Lonsdale Sales Rebound in October

October sales were far from scary this year. In fact, the entire market rebounded nicely in October from a slow late summer run. In North Vancouver Lonsdale was the fourth highest selling sub area and tops in detached home sales with 15 sales. The only areas with more sales were Lower Lonsdale [42 sales], Central Lonsdale [34 sales] and Lynn Valley [32 sales].

Condos were the highest selling type of homes in the top three North Vancouver sub areas.

In total there were 240 sales in North Vancouver of which 123 were detached single family homes and the balance of 117 were apartments, townhouses and duplexes.

Over the past 7 days there have been 78 new listings in North Vancouver and 33 that have reduced their price. Of those 78 new listings, a small chunk are relisted properties.
